Glenna Winters is the Property Manager of Capital City Property Management as well as Co-Owner. Glenna has over 10 years of experience in residential and management in Central Illinois. Property Management is Glenna’s passion.

Glenna’s background in property management gives her valuable expertise in maintaining high-quality properties while staying under budget. She greatly values the relationships she enjoys with property owners and considers herself a partner in helping them maximize the returns on their investments. She takes pride in building long lasting relationships with property owners and tenants. She is about building lasting relationships!

Jennifer Rempe is Office Manager for Capital City Property Management and brings several years of customer service and billing experience to the team.

She enjoys spending all of her free time with her husband and 2 daughters.

Jennifer is a resident of Chatham, Il. and is very familiar with Springfield and the surrounding areas.

Amy Stratton is Leasing Agent for Capital City Property Management. Amy bring a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and previous experience leasing up! Her energy will vibrate the room and her smile will brighten anyones day! Her knowledge of the market will be shown.

Mark Rempe is Capital City Property Management’s Maintenance Supervisor. Mark has over 30 years of experience in the maintenance department. In his spare time he enjoys his family and fishing.
